Townhome Assessment Increase

At the open meeting held on November 18, 2025, the Board of Directors reviewed the estimated budget expenses for the 2026 fiscal year. After careful consideration, the Board voted to approve the following changes:

1. Monthly Townhome Assessment Increase
a. The monthly assessment will increase from $244.14 to $300.00, effective January 1, 2026.
b. Monthly assessments will continue to be due on or before the 10th of each month.

2. Single Family Assessment
a. The annual assessment will remain $1220.31 which will be due on or before January 1, 2026

Article 9, ASSESSMENTS. Section 9.3.1 Veto Increased Dues. At least 30 days prior to the effective date of an increase in Regular Assessments wherein the Regular Assessments due will increase more than twenty-five percent (25%) from the previous year’s Regular Assessments the Board will notify an Owner of each Lot of the amount of, the budgetary basis for, and the effective date of the increase. The increase will automatically became effective unless Owners of at least a Majority of the Owners disapprove the increase by petition or at a meeting of the Association, subject to rights of the Board under Section 9.4.1 below…
