Irrigation Inspection – Friday, June 20, 2025

Date: June 18, 2025

On Friday, June 20, 2025, the Associations irrigation contractor will be onsite to conduct required inspections and repairs to the community’s irrigation system.

Action Required – Unlock Gates for Access
To complete these inspections, all townhome owners must ensure any locked backyard gates are unlocked and accessible by 7:00a.m. on the day of service. Access is necessary for the contractor to reach irrigation lines and other key system components located in rear yards.

Scope of Work:
• Inspect and repair irrigation lines
• Check and adjust sprinkler heads
• Repair or replace faulty components as needed
