Community Leasing Guidelines - Reminder

We hope this letter finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the integrity and harmony of our community, we would like to remind all homeowners of the leasing guidelines outlined in the Villages of Prairie Commons Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) governing our neighborhood.

Key Leasing Guidelines:

1. Entire Unit Leasing:
Leasing is permitted only for the entire residential unit. Subleasing individual rooms or portions of the property is not allowed.
2. Tenant Compliance:
All tenants must adhere to the community's CC&Rs and any additional rules and regulations. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring their tenants' compliance.
3. Short-Term Rental [STR] Regulations:
All homeowners must register their STR with the City of Plano and abide by all city Ordinances. https://www.plano.gov/2169/Short-Term-Rentals . New STRs are currently not permitted in Villages of Prairie Commons per the City of Plano

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

Failure to comply with these leasing guidelines may result in:
• Issuance of violation notices.
• Imposition of fines.
• Compliant filed with City for STR non-compliance
