Policy Amendment

As managing agent of Villages of Prairie Commons Homeowners Association, Inc, we are pleased to announce that the new and/or amended policies have been recorded in Collin County, as required by Section 202.006 of the Texas Property Code. The adoption of new policies or changes in existing policies is a result of local and state legislative changes governing certain aspects of operations or other Association related business or rules and regulations.

The adoption and/or amended policies include:

Amend - Collections/Payment Plan Policy
Amend - Enforcement and Fine Policy
Extended time frame from 30 to 45 days

We encourage all homeowners to review the updated documents and stay informed about the community’s rules and regulations.
