Error and Refund for Addition Insurance Assessment

As the Managing Agent for the Villages of Prairie Commons Homeowners Association, Inc., we are reaching out to inform you of a billing error that impacted townhome owners in our community and to offer our sincere apology for this oversight. Due to a billing system error, an additional insurance assessment was inadvertently applied to townhome accounts. For those owners who have not yet paid, the accounting department has already begun the process of crediting the erroneous insurance charge from all accounts and for those owners who may have already paid the insurance assessment, your account will promptly be reviewed for a refund. Again, we sincerely apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused. Our team is committed to resolving this issue as promptly and smoothly as possible.
