Updates and Reminders - General Information

As the Managing Agent for the Villages of Prairie Commons Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to bring to your attention several important announcements and updates on behalf of the community.
Holiday Décor Removal: Friendly reminder to remove any holiday decorations from your property. The typical guideline for holiday décor removal is within 2 weeks post-holiday.
Architectural Control Requests (ACC): For any outdoor home modifications, including the installation of solar panels, please submit an Architectural Control Request (ACC) and adhere to the required guidelines before commencing with any modification.
• Fence Renovations and Water Meter Access: If you are requesting to relocate your fence, in addition to completing the ACC request please be mindful not to obstruct access to water meters. It is crucial the city maintain accessibility for necessary city services.
2024 Assessments: Assessments are due no later than 01/31/2024. Payments will be considered late if received after the due date and applicable late and collection fees will apply.
Homeowner Information Sheet: If you haven’t done so already, please submit your Homeowner information sheet available online to foster better communication between you and your community! Homeowner information sheets are due by 01/31/2024!
Text and Email Notifications: Don’t miss out on crucial updates and community news! Homeowners may opt-in to both email and text notifications by visiting the community website https://villagesofprairiecommonshoa.com, logging in as a homeowner, and selecting edit profile. Note, that a valid cell phone number is required.
How to submit the info sheet form:
1. Log in to https://villagesofprairiecommonshoa.com
2. Navigate on the left side of the page down to “Homeowner Information Sheet.”
3. Select “Homeowner Information Sheet” and complete the requested information.
4. Select Submit Form.
