Fence Power Washing and Staining

As the Managing Agent for Villages of Prairie Commons Homeowner’s Association Inc., we want to inform you that commencing on Tuesday through Friday, 09/05-09/08, the HOA general contractor will commence power washing fences of each townhome. The vendor will require access to the homeowners outside water spigot and access to the home’s backyard. There will be two teams power washing and will start on the townhomes that back up to the HOA’s common area. Please note, the fences will need to dry completely before staining begins.

Please ensure pet(s) are restrained and personal item(s) are removed and stored securely away from fence.
