Townhome Roof Inspections

Beginning Wednesday, July 26th, the Association, and insurance adjuster will be conducting Townhome roof inspections between the hours of 8:00a.m.- 6:00p.m. Please leave your gates unlocked to allow for vendor access during inspection times noted. It is not necessary for anyone to be at home for the roof inspections to take place. Please secure all pets within your home or on a leash. Should you have any questions, using the “Contact Us” tab via your Association’s website at www.villagesofprairiecommonshoa.com, please submit your questions or inquiries under “General Question” and an Essex representative will promptly respond.
