Call for Candidates – Deadline Quickly Approaching

As managing agent of Villages of Prairie Commons Homeowners Association, Inc., we are reminding homeowners that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, June 22nd, 2023. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and discuss normal association business.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the candidacy form and return it using one of the methods provided below. To ensure that the candidate’s name is placed on the ballot, the Association must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Friday, May 12th, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

After the Candidacy Forms have been received and the candidates established, we will issue the Annual Election Meeting Notice containing the ballot listing all candidates, their candidacy forms for review, the proxy, and agenda. For your name to be on the ballot, please return your candidacy form prior to the date and time noted above.
